Parsek Inc. ("Parsek," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Parsek Wallet mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using Parsek Wallet, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

1. Phone Number

• What: Your mobile phone number

• Why: To verify your identity, create your account, and enable peer-to-peer transfers

2. Contacts

• What: Names and phone numbers from your device's contact list

• Why: To help you find and send money to people you know who also use Parsek Wallet

• How used: We match phone numbers (in hashed form) to identify which of your contacts are Parsek users

• Note: Contact data is processed to facilitate functionality and is not used for marketing or shared with third parties

  
  

3. User ID

• What: A unique identifier assigned to your account

• Why: To maintain your account and transaction history

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Biometric data: Face ID authentication is processed entirely on your device by Apple; we never receive or store biometric data

• Private keys: Your wallet's private keys are encrypted and stored locally on your device; we cannot access them

• Recovery phrases: Your recovery phrase is encrypted locally and never transmitted to our servers

• Usage analytics: We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs

  
  

How We Protect Your Data

• Encryption: All data transmitted between the App and our servers uses TLS encryption

• Local encryption: Sensitive data (private keys, recovery phrases) is encrypted using AES-256 and stored in your device's secure enclave/keychain

• No data selling: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by trusted infrastructure partners. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
